Spa Etiquette
In order to make your spa experience a real treat, please adherence to the following:​

  • Appointments are required and must be reserved with a credit card unless a cash payment is made in advance. We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards. Gift Certificates are available for all services and retail items. Please note that no cash refunds will be made on Gift Certificates.
  • Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow you to become better acquainted with your surroundings and be ready & relaxed for your treatments. All appointments will end on time regardless of how delayed the start, so that the next guest is not delayed.​
  • We understand that the need to reschedule may arise. However, kindly honor our 48 hour cancellation policy. Failure to contact us or failure to show for your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge for services reserved.
  • Please note we will not provide cash refunds on services  and have a 14day return on products for exchange or credit to your account.​
  • As a courtesy to all of our guests and to maintain a relaxing environment, cell phones should be turned off upon arrival in order to enhance your relaxing experience.

Booking Fee/Cancellation Policy

Our booking fee is a requirement not an option. This booking fee is fully refundable or can be applied to your service! It assures you an appointment and ties into our cancellation policy!

Please don’t give the person on the phone a hard time for following the guidelines.
